How We Ship

We ship all orders via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Processing Time

All orders require 3–5 business days to process before shipping. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, package weight, destination, and selected carrier service.

  • Apparel and accessories: Domestic orders of apparel and accessories qualify for free standard shipping on purchases of $150 or more. Orders under $150 ship at the rate calculated at checkout.
  • Footwear: Footwear shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier. Footwear shipping rates vary by item and order; no flat-rate or free-shipping threshold applies to footwear orders.
  • Mixed orders: Orders containing both footwear and apparel/accessories are charged based on the combined package; the apparel free-shipping threshold does not apply when footwear is included in the order.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days (where available)

Shipping Address

Orders ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase — we cannot redirect packages once they have shipped.

International Shipping (Canada Only)

WHERE GIANTS SLEEP ships to addresses in the United States and Canada only. Orders placed for shipment to any country other than the United States or Canada will be cancelled and refunded.

  • Carrier and Transit Time: Canadian orders ship via DHL Express or DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct. Transit time is typically 7–14 business days after processing, but actual delivery times depend on the carrier and customs clearance and are not guaranteed by WHERE GIANTS SLEEP.
  • All international sales are final. International orders — including all orders shipped to Canada — are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstance, except where required by mandatory non-waivable consumer protection law applicable to your transaction.
  • Duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier or customs authority at or after delivery. These charges are separate from and in addition to the shipping rate displayed at checkout. WHERE GIANTS SLEEP does not collect, calculate, prepay, or refund any duty, tax, customs fee, or brokerage charge.
  • Refused or undeliverable packages: If a Canadian package is refused at delivery, refused for non-payment of duties or fees, or is otherwise returned to WHERE GIANTS SLEEP as undeliverable, the buyer remains responsible for the original outbound shipping cost, all duties and fees assessed, and any return-shipping or carrier-imposed return charges. WHERE GIANTS SLEEP will deduct these costs from any refund issued at our sole discretion. In some cases, no refund will be issued.
  • Return shipping is the customer's sole responsibility. WHERE GIANTS SLEEP does not arrange, pay for, prepay, reimburse, or facilitate return shipping for any international order under any circumstance. We do not provide prepaid return labels for international shipments.
  • Loss, theft, or damage: Once an international package is in transit with the carrier, WHERE GIANTS SLEEP is not liable for loss, theft, damage, customs seizure, delay, or non-delivery. Buyers must file claims directly with the carrier.
  • Address accuracy: Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate Canadian shipping address. WHERE GIANTS SLEEP is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is with a carrier, WHERE GIANTS SLEEP is not liable for loss, theft, or damage in transit. File a claim directly with the carrier, then email us at hello@wheregiantssleep.com with your order number and claim details.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Track directly on the carrier's website.
